Ownership

You own everything you make. We take no equity in your venture, no ownership of your idea, and no claim on your product, whether we met you through the community or built with you through the studio.

The community

Introductions are free. We are not a party to any agreement you make with the people you meet here, and we do not set your terms. You are responsible for your own contracts, your own splits and your own filings.

The studio

Paid work is governed by the scope and price we agree with you in writing before a project starts. That document takes precedence over this page.

Content on this site

The writing, design and code of this site belong to us. The work shown in the projects section belongs to the teams that built it.

Full terms

A complete agreement is being prepared with our advisers. This page describes how we actually operate in the meantime. If you need something formal for a procurement review, ask us and we will provide it.
